Our client is looking for an HR Advisor to be based in their Cheltenham office to join their busy, successful, growing team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting, hybrid opportunity with a wide variety of work as well as longer term career opportunities.

Day to day responsibilities of the HR Advisor
- Advise on ER cases and coach stakeholders on options available to them
- Guide the development of people plans for each business area
- Help business leaders to foster positive working environments
- Help deliver people related initiatives to deliver even better team culture
Required skills and qualifications.
- Previous experience working in a similarER or HR Advisor role
- Previous experience of managing simple and more complicated ER cases
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship building skills.
- Previous ER / people project experience.
- CIPD qualifications are a plus - but experience is essential.
