Solution ArchitectFollowing an acquisition by one of the Big Four Banks, this business has flourished, consistently winning awards for its initiatives in promoting financial wellbeing.Due to an internal promotion, they are expanding our Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for defining and delivering solution and software architecture to support the global scaling of our microservices platform.Role Overview:As a Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in identifying and enforcing established best practices and patterns, as well as defining standards and guidelines for delivery teams. You'll also assess and recommend emerging practices and technologies. You will join a dynamic and supportive environment with many exciting innovative projects in the challenger bank and payment space.What You'll Bring to the Role:

Expertise in solutions architecture with a focus on application systems and microservices.
Previous experience with a modern Java stack.
Industry knowledge in financial services – Banking, Challenger Banks, Payments.
Understanding of PCI DSS is advantageous.
Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).
Experience in DevOps environments and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
Configuration management and deployment automation experience (Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
