- Provide expert 3rd line support for complex technical issues across a range of technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
- Implement and manage advanced IT solutions, including server, network, and cloud-based systems.
- Liaise with 1st and 2nd line support teams to provide guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Conduct root cause analysis and deliver recommendations to prevent future occurrences of technical issues.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all support activities and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
- Previous experience working in an Infrastructure or 3rd Line role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
