An expanding, business with a great company culture are seeking a Shot Blaster/Powder Coater to join their team as a Manufacturing operative (Pre treatment/power coating.
The Role:
- Shot blasting and powder coating frameworks and components
- Wet spraying
- Quality checking and working to high-quality standards
- Working to the manufacturing schedule
- Participating in continuous improvement activities
- Participating in manufacturing meetings
The Person:
- Shot blasting and powder coating experience
- Strong practical skills and takes pride in their work
· Good communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and complete tasks
- Positive approach to work
