Your new firmA fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Top National client in their Tier 1 ranked Insolvency Team as part of their strategic growth and development. This Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team have a market-leading reputation and are now looking to add to their team with an ambitious Insolvency Lawyer in their Cheltenham office.Your new role You will be joining a friendly and experienced team where there will be a varied workload. Your responsibilities will include working on a broad mix of advisory, non-contentious and contentious Insolvency and Corporate Recovery work, while assisting with the development and maintenance of client relationships and growing the CRI practice by actively engaging in business development and knowledge management.You will be given the opportunity to manage matters with limited supervision as appropriate, and work with the wider team from across the firm's network of offices.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a confident and experienced Insolvency and Corporate Recovery/ Turnaround lawyer with strong technical skills and attention to detail. You will have trained and worked for a leading national or regional firm and have enjoyed exposure to a breadth of Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring work.
