Well regarded Cheltenham based firm are seeking a litigation solicitor with atleast 4 years'PQE in litigation. Their litigation team are busy and are going from strength to strength.
You'll be managing your own litigation caseload across a broad range of litigation and contentious issues. This will encompass; commercial and civil disputes, property litigation and contentious probate. You will be assisting more senior members of the team on more complex work. There is also scope for this litigation solicitor to assist with the support of junior members of the team.
It's important that you are a qualified solicitor, or legal executive, with atleast 4 years'PQE in litigation or dispute resolution. You'll be able to show a commercial, client focussed approach and be able to manage your matters confidently. You will also be keen to get involved in business development.
As the successful litigation solicitor, you'll enjoy a good salary and package, clear progression and hybrid working.
