Legal Support Assistant Dispute Resolution (Banking & Finance)

TSR Legal are proud to support a Top 60 Law Firm who are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join their busy Dispute Resolution team as a Legal Support Assistant. This team handles a wide range of matters and enjoys a growing national reputation, with this particular role supporting the Banking and Finance subgroup.
The Role
As a Legal Support Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business support to fee earners, helping ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of legal services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, formatting, and proofreading letters, documents, and forms
- Acting as the primary point of contact for administrative support, anticipating and prioritising the needs of the team
- Supporting the preparation and processing of financial transactions
- Managing client communications and responding to initial queries
- Coordinating diary schedules and travel arrangements for allocated fee earners
- Completing conflict and ID checks as part of compliance procedures
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent attention to detail and confident typing skills
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Previous experience in a client-facing or professional services environment (legal sector experience is desirable but not essential)
- Familiarity with case management systems is advantageous
