As an Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Setting up projects on the CRM system.
- Assisting the administration team in organising meetings and coordinating diaries.
- Preparing, updating, and amending documents.
- Assisting in the arrangement of marketing events.
- Supporting client meetings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Strong written English and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A patient and calming manner, whether assisting colleagues or clients.
- Ability to work flexibly and professionally.
