Hooray are delighted to be supporting a leading independent UK consultancy to assist in the recruitment for an Office and Facilities Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, 3-month fixed term contract.

As an Office and Facilities Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day property matters and maintenance planning
  • Managing local office suppliers and contractors 
  • Provide project administration and management of property and workplace specifications 
  • Manage and promote health, safety security and environmental standards
  • Ensure all finance processes are adhered to 

To be successful as an Office and Facilities Supervisor, you will:

  • Have 5 GCSE's, nationals 4/5s or equivalent at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
  • Minimum Level 3 Certification or demonstrated relevant experience 
  • NEBOSH or ISOH Managing Safely qualification 
  • Minimum of 2 years workplace and facilities management experience 

In return, my client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 pro rata. Please note, this is a full-time position, offered on a 3-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension.
