- Provide a warm welcome to customers and visitors to the dealership.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle viewings, test drives, and service appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
- Keep the reception area clean and organised to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Pay: £11.44 per hour
- Working hours: 08:30-17:30 Shifts available Monday to Friday.
- Shifts available on 30th May, 24th, 26th & 27th June with more to become available.
- Full training and site induction provided.
- Weekly Pay each Friday and Paid annual leave - PAYE. Access to pension.
