- Winner of Numerous Industry Awards, the Gastro Pub has proved to be a real hit for lovers of good food and wine and has developed an excellent reputation across the Cotswolds and beyond!
- As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping to lead a highly committed Front of House team, taking a hands-on approach to ensuring that every employee has the necessary guidance and support to perform their role to a high level.
- A Restaurant Manager with previous Food and Beverage experience in a quality service driven environment is essential.
- Most importantly, a Personable and Charismatic Restaurant Manager is what’s needed, someone who can act as one of the main figureheads across the operation, getting to know the guests, chatting to the regulars and creating a relaxed and welcoming environment!
