Why this role?

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work within a busy and varied team, this role will offer support to the whole finance team and give exposure to a wide variety of Accounting tasks.

What will you be doing?

As the Finance Assistantyour responsibilities will mostly consist of:

• Processing supplier invoices, managing weekly pay runs and reconciling bank accounts
• Dealing with VAT returns
• Maintain accurate records
• Staff expenses
• Preparing management accounts

Your background:

You will ideally have experience within a similar role, a proven track record of relationship building, high levels of attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills and be familiar with Word and Outlook and strong experience of Excel.

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000p/a (dependant on experience), this is a full time permanent position which offers hybrid working.
