Our client who have been providing their services for over 35 years are looking for committed team player to join their team on a full time, permanent basis from their newly opened office in the picturesque town of Stow-on-the-Wold.
In this role, you'll provide support to the Property New Business Team, ensuring client satisfaction. You will be the point of contact for new and existing clients, therefore you must have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.

Responsibilities:
-Provide full support to the Conveyancing department to enable them to operate efficiently
-Prepare correspondence using the case management systems
-Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person
-Daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
-Maintain good relationships with new businesses introduced
-Guide clients with the initial first steps of their move
-Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
-Arranging, scanning and photocopying of paperwork
-Ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required
Candidate Attributes:
-Good understanding of Microsoft Office
-Good use of your own initiative
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
-A team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm
-Organised, methodical and adaptable
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum + up to 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), Christmas shutdown, Health cash plan for workplace wellbeing, Pension Scheme and Employee referral bonus
