- Term-Time only
- Enhanced DBS (Or willingness to apply for one)
Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
- Assist in the implementation of EHCP's
- Help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour
