Registered Manager - Supported Living

My client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a background in supported living to join their team in Cheltenham.
The role would be covering 6-8 services in the Cheltenham/Gloucester area, with service users have physical disabilities and learning disabilities.
The service is CQC registered and has been rated Good.
Required:
- Level 5 Qualification or equivalent - within Adult Health and Social Care
- Supported Living Experience
The Role:
- Care planning, reviewing and auditing to ensure services are personalized and delivering best outcomes for service users;
- Appropriately plan for and allocate resources to ensure flexible deployment of staff across services to meet service user needs, and ensure safe and effective support.
- Conduct and ensure regular and effective supervisions and appraisals across services
- Complete CQC notifications and liaise with CQC for queries or concerns
- Complete Safeguarding reports and concerns to the local authority and CQC as appropriate
- Provide regular KPI reports to the operating board, ensuring that data evidences service outcomes and activity
