Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join a public sector organisation on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Support Worker:

• Complete risk assessments and support plans
• Support customers to meet the terms of their tenancies
• Provide advice regarding benefits and rents
• Complete health and safety inspections
• Participate in one-to-one supervision meetings and attend training
• Carry out safeguarding

Essential Requirements of the Support Worker:

• Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS
