- They have an urgent need for HGV Class 2 drivers for their drainage contract.
Job Requirements:
- Previous drainage experience is desirable
- You must hold an HGV Class 2 license and CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
- Willingness to undertake physical work associated with maintaining the drainage network.
- Desirable but not essential qualifications include Streetworks, HPWJ (High-Pressure Water Jetting), Confined Space, and First Aid.
Job Description:
- The primary responsibility is to safely drive an HGV Class 2 Vacuum Tanker.
- Maintenance of the utility's drainage network is a core aspect of the job.
- Drivers will need to exit the vehicle and use equipment to maintain the drainage network.
- Work is typically carried out in pairs to divide the workload.
Shift Pattern:#
- The working hours are Monday to Friday from 6 am to 4 pm.
- There may be an on-call rota.
Pay:
- The pay rate ranges from £14.50 to £15.50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Overtime is compensated at time and a half.
Contract Type:
