This is an interesting temporary assignment, for an experienced Finance Administrator to start asap.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be committed to working as part of an effective team, working closely with the wider finance, sales and operational divisions. The primary objective of the role will be to manage the contract activities for the South East branch.

Main duties and responsibilities (are to include the following but are not limited to)

Contracts Administration

  • Accurately maintain records for c15,000 contracts
  • Create new contracts for customers and sites
  • Review contract details and values prior to monthly invoice run to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Prepare and process all documents for client quotes where PO’s are required
  • Send contract renewal letters to customer relating to annual price increases
  • Update Nav with relevant information from customer quotes, ensuring data is up to date and accurate
  • Deal with customer queries proactively, working with wider team to resolve
  • Work with Customer Care Team to ensure engineer visits are not scheduled on contracts where we have not received the PO or the client is cancelling
  • Provide reports to Customer Care Team including contracts to be renewed
  • Support credit control in updating Nav when clients are put on stop

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with initiative. You will part of an established supportive team and sucessful business
