The Role

As ‘Senior Chef de Partie’ you’ll be behind the scenes, delivering on our mission!

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team. You’ll have high standards when it comes to the preparation, cooking and presentation of food as well as maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.

You’ll take ownership and pride in your work and support the Head Chef in delivering an excellent experience to our guests.

Hotel Description

Perfectly located in the heart of the city centre the hotel is just two hours from London by train, close to three major motorway junctions and near two international airports. The hotel has a selection of conference and meeting rooms which can accommodate from 4 to 600 guests in the magnificent Kings Suite. A recent refurbishment has given the hotels bar and restaurant and complete transformation to create the Stables Bar & Grill. Reflecting the hotels position on the doorstep of Chester Racecourse the ambience of the new restaurant blends glamour, style and excitement. The hotel also features 160 bedrooms plus a health and leisure club with facilities including a heated swimming pool and gymnasium.
