About the Role

This is a newly created role to join a fast growing Commercial Finance team. As the team has grown, the demand for further insight, analysis and accurate reporting has soared. The Commercial Finance team are proud to support operations and are extremely passionate about the company.

Working alongside the Commercial Finance Manager you will take ownership of all reporting within the business. You'll add structure to the team and be the link between commercial finance, management accounts and head office functions. The role will come with exposure to senior members of the business and has great opportunity for development of currently untapped areas including business partnering with key teams.

This role is perfect for someone with enjoys a broad remit and getting involved with lots of different areas of finance. The successful candidate must have exceptional communication skills, an ability to prioritise large workloads and enjoy working in a challenging but supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversite of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting (produced by Commercial Finance Analyst)
Business partnering with key central functions
Owner of the relationship with Management accounts and period end process
Ownership of budget & forecast processes - coordinating key stakeholders
ROI reporting

Experience and Skills to include

Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
Enjoys fast paced environments and working under pressure
Must be able to own large workloads and prioritise accordingly
Strong track record in analysis and strong excel skills
Ability to think of different solutions to a problem
Capable of articulating findings in a clear and understandable way
Confident dealing with senior stakeholders in the business
Experience of working with cross-functional teams
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
