Duties Include:
- Creating and maintainig compliance checks on all customer files
- Assisting the Stakeholders with regular report and updates on any compliance issues
- Liaise with and act at point of contact for all internal stakeholders and exernal customers with regard to queries
- Ensure that all data breaches and undertakings are recorded on internal reporting system
- Work with team members to assist with day to day Quality and Control operations
- Assist management with providing Data Subject Access Requests, Police Production Orders and Regulator Requests
- Prepare and assist with New Starter Compliance Inductions
- Take ownership for ensuring all reguolatory records are maintained correctly and accurately
You will have experience of working in a busy FSA regulated Finanical services company or similar and be able to demonstrate regulatory and compliance knowledge. (any qualifications would be a distince advantage). Furthermore, you will be a confident person with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team and also inidividually.
