Offering fantastic exposure to a real breadth of areas, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR, and keen to add value to a growing organisation. It will best suit someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and has the ability to build strong working relationships.
Below are some of the key areas of responsibility:
- Advising Managers across the business on all areas of HR policy and process
- Managing absence and performance issues, alongside other ER cases
- Talent attraction and retention
- Supporting the Head of HR with a variety of projects
- Producing reports for Management
- Identifying learning needs and sourcing appropriate solutions
- Driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives throughout the organisation
