IT Support – Job Opportunity**1st line level with a minimum of 1 years’ experience**Location: CH1 – onsite roleSalary range: £22k - £26k plus benefitsOur client is looking to grow their IT Support function and are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join the team.The purpose of the IT Support role is to support ongoing IT projects, managing incidents, requests and problems which arise and maintaining any incidents, requests, or problems within the helpdesk ticketing system.IT Support responsibilities -
  • Provide efficient 1st line tech support to end users within the company.
  • Hardware management and monitoring – centralised logging and IDS.
  • Windows 11/10 OS Support and administration.
  • Management of off-site backup and Hyper V replication.
  • Manage and troubleshoot on-prem systems (Microsoft based)
  • Knowledge of standard hardware components and peripherals
IT Support experience –
  • Windows Server 2016/2022
  • Active Directory
  • Basic networking experience
  • Windows 10/11
Desirable skills (not essential) –
  • WatchGuard / Teams / SharePoint / Symantec Endpoint Management
