Conveyancing Assistant – Chester

Friendly, professional Conveyancing team in Chester city centre has an exciting opening for a Conveyancing Assistant. The position will see you assist a Senior Conveyancer (and the wider team) on all aspects of its diverse residential caseload from instruction to completion. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage client and third-party communication (phone, email, face-to-face)
  • Chase important documents like IDs, mortgage offers and searches
  • Keep case management systems updated in real time
  • Prepare completion packs, statements and invoices
  • Handle post-exchange matters and manage completions

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Conveyancing Assistant (or Secretary)
  • Strong admin skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and a good phone manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • A team player with a can-do attitude!
