An experienced Conveyancing assistant is sought for a multi disciplinary Chester firm.

The chosen candidate will be instrumental in supporting Solicitors and colleagues, ensuring the delivery of an efficient service that aligns with the firm's reputation. The firm is keen to welcome an individual with a proven track record as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Conveyancing. The role requires a person who can seamlessly manage a diverse workload, maintain the highest professional standards, and thrive within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities include:- Managing client interactions with the utmost professionalism, addressing enquiries with efficiency and courtesy.- Overseeing all forms of correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the firm's client care policy.- Assisting with transactions, including liaising with third parties, executing delegated tasks, and preparing essential documents.- Upholding confidentiality, integrity, and professional decorum at all times.Essential Skills:- Keen analytical abilities and strong attention to detail.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Able to work independently and in a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.- Able to prioritise work loads- Eagerness to embrace and master new technologies.- Exceptional organisational skills and initiative.- Integrity in handling sensitive information.The firm offers a supportive environment where professional growth is encouraged.
