Duty Manager – Chesterfield

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is thrilled to be working with a bold new hospitality client launching one of Chesterfield’s most talked-about venues this September / October. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to help shape this vibrant concept from the ground up.

This isn’t just another bar—it’s a destination. Think signature cocktails, stunning presentation, and an atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression the moment guests walk through the door.

Location: Chesterfield Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum

Schedule:

• Four working days per week

• Two days off to recharge

• One full weekend off every month

Opening Hours:

• Monday–Wednesday: 9am–11:30pm

• Thursday–Sunday: 9am–1am

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years’ experience in duty management within fast-paced hospitality settings

• At least 2 years of cocktail-making expertise

• Confident leader who builds positive, high-performing teams

• Calm under pressure with a genuine love for customer service

• Organised, proactive, and thrives in energetic environments

Your Role:

• Lead daily operations and bar shifts

• Deliver consistently high-quality cocktail service

• Manage rotas and stock levels

• Drive guest satisfaction and team performance

• Support hiring and onboarding of new staff
