- 5 years DB Pension Scheme administration experience, be that with a TPA or another inhouse scheme at a senior level
- Experience of manual calculations, knowledge of UK pension legislation, pension systems and overall good practice
- Team management experience is highly desirable but if you are currently an SPA and can demonstrate leadership availability you will still be considered
Back to searchBWD are working with a large UK in-house DB Pension Scheme who are looking for a Pensions Admin Team Leader on a 12-month fixed term contract, this is covering a period of secondment and has high probabilities of becoming permanent after the initial 12-month term. The role is based in South Yorkshire and requires someone in the office 3 days week.You will be joining one of the biggest, most prestigious DB Pension Schemes in the UK and will have excellent exposure to the scheme and the management of circa 10 Pension Administrators/Senior Pension Administrators. You may currently be an SPA looking to step up or currently in a Team Lead position looking for a change.  You must have at least 5 years’ experience working on DB pension scheme administration and working with manual calculations. You will also have strong people skills to be able to manage and develop more junior members of your team.Experience Required
