About the Role:
As an Assistant Site Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of both Hasland School and our new site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing facilities, and providing leadership and support to our dedicated team of staff.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Manager in the efficient running of both school sites.
- Assist in managing site facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security.
- Supervise site staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with school leadership to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for staff, students, and visitors regarding site-related issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all members of the school community
