Location: Markham Vale, Chesterfield
Working Hours:
- 4 On 4 Off 06:00 - 18:00 Fixed Shifts Available
- Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 Rotating Shifts Available
- Monday - Friday 22:00 - 06:00 Fixed Shifts Available
- Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:00 Fixed Shifts Available
Pay rate: £11.44 - £13.19 P/hr PLUS Overtime Rates: £15.40 - £17.70 P/hr
Position: Warehouse Operative
Logistics People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Markham Vale, based at our Great Bear site.
As a Warehouse Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
- Picking and packing orders in preparation for shipping.
- Loading & Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse.
- Loading, unloading and shrink-wrapping pallets of stock.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and disposing of debris.
- Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail.
- Heavy lifting Involved.
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by management.
- Participating in any required training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.

- Able to work as a part of a team and be self-managed when necessary.
- Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site.
- Ability to work accurately and methodically.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
