EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a key member of the conveyancing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting solicitors and ensuring smooth property transactions for clients.

*Assisting solicitors with residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.*Managing documentation, file preparation, and archiving.*Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions.*Conducting property searches and due diligence.

REQUIREMENTS

*Minimum of 1 year of experience in a residential conveyancing role.*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.*Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office.
