Neos Engineering are partnered with a well-established infrastructure and drilling specialist who are looking for an experienced Plant Fitter to join their expanding engineering team. This hybrid position offers an excellent mix of workshop-based maintenance and field service work, supporting a variety of heavy plant and specialist drilling machinery.
The Role-
Service, maintain, and repair a range of equipment including drilling rigs, excavators, telehandlers, and power packs

Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical faults

Carry out independent field service work, ensuring high-quality and efficient results

Support the workshop team with planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns

Proven experience working with hydraulics and electrics (essential)

Background in plant or drilling equipment maintenance

Full UK driving licence

Confident working independently, both in the workshop and on customer sites

£35,000 – £40,000 per annum (flexible depending on experience)

Company van & fuel card provided

Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm (40-hour week, breaks included)
