Contract position 9 months
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a finance assistant to cover a 9 month maternity contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance experience who is looking to within a friendly accounts team for 4 days a week on a 9 month contract.
Duties to include:
- Raise daily sales invoices
- Upload sales invoices to customer portals
- Raise proforma invoices
- Credit control
- Post and allocate customer receipts daily
- Perform credit checks
- Reconcile and manage deposits/proforma account
- Assist in other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required
- Provide cover for other finance staff as required
To apply for this role you will need:
- To be available for 31 hours a week for the full 9 month contract
- Previous accounts experience
- SAP experience is desirable
- Strong Excel skills
