We are looking for a driven, well trained, passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a 2 Rosette British concept. This restaurant is sustainable and champions seasonal British produce, through using local suppliers and the highlight being their own reared animals from their farm.

Were looking for a Chef de Partie whos has the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of one years experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants.
  • Must have worked in a fresh food restaurant to Rosette level.
  • Passionate about sustainable cooking.
  • A strong desire to develop, learn and grow.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail.
  • Reliable and hard working is essential.
  • A passion for elevated British cuisine.
  • Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
  • Can do attitude and team player mentality.
  • Driving is essential due to rural location close to Chichester.
