Our amazing client, a very busy 2 Rosette level kitchen creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, is in search of a Pastry Chef de Partie, who can operationally lead and create outstanding sweet treats. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will be part of a team of 5 chefs while reporting to an executive chef.
