Working with our client based in Chichester we are looking to resource a Paralegal to join their lovely team.  With previous experience within a legal profession preferably in a Commercial or Residential department ideally as a Paralegal the successful candidate will assist fee earners with the day-to-day management of transactions and provide administrative support. You

Key responsibilities:

• Draft case papers and transactional documents (with support)
• Deal with file opening, billing, paying costs and closing files
• Submitting searches and Land Registry applications
• Liaising with clients in relation to costs, progress and timescales
• Administering onboarding procedures and compliance
