Brook Street UK Ltd are looking for a legal assistant to work along side paralegals and solicitors in the personal injury department.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated solicitor or paralegal to join our dynamic personal injury department in Chichester.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the team, contributing to the management of higher value multi-track cases through to trial. This will involve a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive advice to clients and adeptly handling instruction-taking processes.
  • Managing Conditional Fee Agreements (CFAs) and After the Event (ATE) insurance matters with precision and efficiency.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of disclosures, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skillfully preparing witness statements that effectively articulate key case details and support our clients' claims.
  • Collaborating closely with experts and counsel to gather essential insights and perspectives.
  • Assisting in the meticulous preparation of court documents, including directions and costs budgets, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and procedural guidelines.

This full-time role offers a structured work schedule from 9 am to 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday, providing ample opportunity for professional growth and development within a supportive team environment.
