My client, a successful main contractor specialising in the Social Housing sector requires a Site Manager to lead a decarbonization scheme in Chichester. This is a freelance role and requires an immediate start this coming Tuesday.

Site Manager roles and responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary safety inspections have been carried out
• Assess and minimise risks
• Ensure the project is completed in line with company policy
• Ensure the project is completed in line with statutory requirements

Site Manager requirements

• Appropriate technical knowledge and main contractor construction experience.
• SMSTS
• Appropriate CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness
• Comprehensive experience as a Site Manager working in the social housing sector.

Site Manager benefits

• 28.50 per hour
