Hybrid Payroll Specialist / Chichester / Accountancy

Client Details

A well established organisation seeking a Hybrid Payroll Specialist on a temp to perm basis.

Description

As a Hybrid Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and submitting electronic payroll for input and export to Vendors
  • Creating and submitting banking files to the treasury department for net salaries and liabilities on a monthly basis
  • Having a knowledge of and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
  • Processing and monitoring garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications
  • Maintaining and documenting all payroll records
  • Reconciling the general ledger regarding payroll transactions for 4 entities
  • Detecting and processing issues with the payroll e.g. returned salaries, over payments
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns using Workday Help
