A well established organisation seeking a Hybrid Payroll Specialist on a temp to perm basis.
Description
As a Hybrid Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and submitting electronic payroll for input and export to Vendors
- Creating and submitting banking files to the treasury department for net salaries and liabilities on a monthly basis
- Having a knowledge of and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
- Processing and monitoring garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications
- Maintaining and documenting all payroll records
- Reconciling the general ledger regarding payroll transactions for 4 entities
- Detecting and processing issues with the payroll e.g. returned salaries, over payments
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns using Workday Help
