Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Manage client accounts and transactions efficiently
- Ensure compliance with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules
- Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Prepare and process cheques and electronic transfers
- Maintain accurate financial records for audit purposes
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
Profile
A successful Legal Cashier should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of the Solicitors' Accounts Rules
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
