My client, a research and development company specialising in the use of composite materials to produce high performance structures based in Chippenham, are currently looking for a Composite Production Technician to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have strong communication skills, encompassing a professional attitude with integrity and team spirit. They are looking for someone adaptable and passionate about their work as wel as able to be a role model and champion things on the shop floor.
Strong manufacturing background and assembly experience are necessary for this position.
Key Duties:
- Composite assemblies
- Working to specific Production Process Procedures
- Adherence to QHSE policy and practices
- Excellent housekeeping within the production facility
- Suggesting potential process improvements which will increase yield or reduce cost
Essential:
- Manually dexterous with the hands
- Experienced in working in a low/medium volume manufacturing operation
- Meticulous and quality-focused
