Miles Recruitment are currently seeking a Production Technician at a company who has seen exceptional growth within the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the production of goods, including equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and quality assurance in an engineering environment.

- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and production schedules.- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production supervisors, engineers etc.

This Production Technician role requires a a fine attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality standards and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Other qualities and attributes desired to thrive in this role can include:

- Previous experience working with composite materials or relevant manufacturing/ engineering processes.- Hands-on skills.- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team.- Strong communication skills.
