Interaction Recruitment are currently looking to recruit Support Workers to work for a client in the Chippenham area working within a Supported Living service.
The Role:
路 Assisting with daily living and domestic duties
路 Developing positive working relationships
路 Ensuring that the health, safety and welfare of clients is always protected
路 Maintaining accurate and up to date reports such as support plans
路 Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client
路 Build and maintain relationships with service users.
As a Support Worker - the following experience and characteristics are considered essential to the role:
路 A minimum of 6 months experience within a healthcare environment, preferably supporting clients with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour or mental health needs.
路 The ability to be patient & calm under pressure
路 Easily adaptable to new environments
路 Reliable & trustworthy
路 Eligible to work in the UK -Right to work.
路 Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essential
This is a permanent position working directly for my client.
