Sous Chef – Dining Pub – 4 day week – Chipping Norton
We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to be part of a passionate brigade, led by a top chef and passionate owners. The Sous Chef will ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to a Rosette standard and inputting ideas for the weekly and seasonal menus. You will also deputise for the Head Chef in her absence.

- Salary basic of £32,000
- £10,000 in service
- Working alongside a top chef and established team
- 45 hours a week
- 4 days on 3 days off.

The Person
The Sous Chef will have:
- Experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a fresh food environment, ideally in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
- A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes
- The confidence to deputise for the Head Chef in their absence, supporting with the efficient running of service.
- Dedication, motivation and positive
- Flexibility to cover shifts as required.
- Happy on Larder, pastry and sauce sections
- Passion to deliver outstanding dishes whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
- Ideally live locally or have your own transport.
