We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Estate Management Couple to oversee a fully staffed, expansive estate in the Cotswolds for an international ultra-high-net-worth family. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards and seamless operation of the household, involving comprehensive management duties and supervision of grounds staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete management of estate operations including staffing, maintenance, and daily activities.
  • Oversight of household and grounds staff, ensuring top-level service and upkeep.
  • Organising and managing large family events and gatherings, including significant functions such as birthdays with up to 50+ guests.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing substantial, luxury estates.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing multicultural teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • At least one member of the couple must have proficient culinary skills to assist or cover the second cook as needed.
  • Proactivity in technology troubleshooting and regular maintenance checks.

Additional Information:

This is a live-in position to replace a long-serving couple who are retiring after a substantial tenure of dedicated service. Stability is of utmost importance; our client seeks a couple with a commitment to long-term engagement, to ensure continuity and familiarity for their staff and family.

The estate experiences varying levels of activity; while it can be quiet with only minimal occupancy, it also hosts larger family gatherings. Regular weekend visits are made by the owners, often with additional guests.

Salaries will be competitive, commensurate with experience and industry standards.
