Location: Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 06:00-18:00
Pay Rate: £20.22 p/h PAYE, £23.45 p/h Umbrella

Igloo is looking for Paint Sprayers to join our client’s team in Chipping Warden!
Our client is a market leader in the automotive industry and has operations throughout the UK.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Within the paint sprayer role, you will be responsible for the below tasks:
- Mixing and colour matching paints.
- Painting vehicles and panels to a high standard every time.
- You could be completing full resprays through to painting a single panel such as a bumper.
- You will be responsible for the daily checks and running of the spray booth.
- Ensuring that all vehicles have been correctly masked and prepped up prior to going into the paint booth.
- Undertaking any final prep work to the vehicle once in the booth if required.
What kind of person are we looking for?
- Must have own air-fed mask and paint guns.
- Must be punctual, reliable, hardworking, be prepared to work as part of a team or under own esteem.
- Must have previous experience of working within a paint spraying role. NVQ / ATA certificates preferred but not essential.
- Able to paint vehicles to a high standard.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must hold a full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
- Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
