Role of a Chef
Swan staff Ltd are currently looking for a Chef to join one of our residential care homes in Chislehurst. Are you a qualified chef with passion for creating delicious and nutritious meals.
Duties:
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents.
- Ensure all meals are prepared safely & hygienically, adhering to food and safety!
- Lead and manage the kitchen team.
- Collaborate with dietary staff and management to develop menus that meet the preferences and nutritional needs to residents.
- Maintain cleanliness within the kitchen area.
Requirements:
- Enhanced Child & adults dbs. on update service
- Minimum 3 months plus experience working as a chef.
- Effective communication & interception skills
