Description

The key responsibilities of aInterimFinance Manager will include, but may not be limited to;

• Oversee all financial operations within the association.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting to guide decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement efficient financial management systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to finance team members.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

• Not for Profit and Charities background.
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Part qualified.
• Ability to commute to Chorley.
• Proven experience in financial management within the not for profit sector.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards.
