Role Summary:P4 Recruitment are working with a North West Charity that support people of all ages, with our without a disability and bring all communities together and support and enable people with additional needs to learn new skills in work experience roles, and contribute to their community in a meaningful and productive wayThe Charity are regulated by CQC and the work they deliver extends across the North west region.
About the Role:
The Role is to support an individual who has complex Learning disabilities, who is mobile and has a great enjoyment of being outdoors in the community, events, shopping and various other activities.
The main responsibility is to provide assistance, motivation, and empowerment to individuals in their daily tasks, helping them develop essential life skills, fostering independence, and establishing a trustworthy and professional bond to ensure they feel supported
