TeamJobs have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our client based in Christchurch on a temporary to permanent basis!
Salary: 11.44 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (no weekends)
Location: Christchurch
Main responsibilities:
- Data inputting and general administrative tasks.
- Liaising with different departments.
- Answering any incoming calls and emails.
- Welcome visitors into the office.
- Help to run the office and support with any ad hoc tasks.
- Answer customer queries regarding works.
- Manage orders and ensure all works are completed.
