Our client is a successful business who have seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Christchurch and do require travel to their offices.
Description
As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible:
- Process purchase ledger invoices against receipted purchase orders.
- Clear purchase ledger queries.
- Process weekly supplier payment runs.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Manage supplier queries.
- Manage incoming accounts emails.
- Assist with Month End Tasks and reconciliations.
- Assist with Sales ledger as required.
- Ad Hoc Reporting.
Profile
To be successful for the Accounts Payable Clerk position, you must:
- Have worked in a similar position
- Good understanding of accounts payable
- Good Excel skills
